1. What the App Is, and Is Not

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Plenty mobile application, operated by Muhammed Emin Türkmen, an individual developer. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The App is a filter and organizing tool that helps you find and generate meal ideas based on food restrictions you tell it about, such as corn, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens and intolerances.

The App does not provide medical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, or verify any medical condition. It is not a substitute for consulting a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified healthcare provider about your allergies, intolerances, or diet.

We do not, and will never, tell you that a food or recipe is "safe" for you. Every ingredient the App shows you is labeled one of three ways:

• CONTAINS: we found the restricted substance, or a known derivative, in our records.
• MAY CONTAIN: this depends on the specific brand or product; we tell you what to check.
• UNVERIFIED: we could not confirm this ingredient one way or the other. You must verify it yourself before eating it.

You are solely responsible for verifying every ingredient before you eat it, including reading product labels, checking with manufacturers, and using your own medical judgment. This is especially important for any ingredient marked MAY CONTAIN or UNVERIFIED. If you have a severe allergy, always follow your doctor's guidance on precautions, regardless of what the App shows.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

The App uses anonymous sign-in: we do not require your name, email, or other identifying information to use the free tier. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription. If you are under that age, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Subscriptions

Some features, including unlimited AI-generated recipe suggestions and "Use what you have" pantry mode, require a paid subscription ("Premium"). Plans, pricing, and billing periods are shown in the App at the time of purchase and processed entirely through the Apple App Store.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings, not through the App.
• We do not offer refunds directly; refund requests are handled by Apple according to its own policies.
• We do not store or process your payment information; that is handled entirely by Apple.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any access or subscription restriction; submit feedback or other content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others; or use automated means to access the App's backend services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that ingredient information, recipe suggestions, or allergen labels are complete, accurate, or error-free. Recipes are generated with the assistance of AI and may contain mistakes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muhammed Emin Türkmen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including any allergic reaction or adverse health outcome arising from reliance on information in the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.

1. Uygulama Ne Yapar, Ne Yapmaz

Bu Kullanım Şartları, bireysel geliştirici Muhammed Emin Türkmen tarafından işletilen Plenty mobil uygulamasının kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursun.

Uygulama, mısır, süt, gluten ve diğer yaygın alerjen ve intoleranslar gibi belirttiğin gıda kısıtlamalarına göre yemek fikri bulmana ve oluşturmana yardımcı olan bir filtre ve organizasyon aracıdır.

Uygulama tıbbi tavsiye vermez, herhangi bir tıbbi durumu tanı koymaz, tedavi etmez veya doğrulamaz. Alerjilerin, intoleransların veya diyetin hakkında doktoruna, diyetisyenine veya başka bir yetkili sağlık uzmanına danışmanın yerini tutmaz.

Herhangi bir yiyeceğin veya tarifin senin için "güvenli" olduğunu asla söylemeyiz. Uygulamanın gösterdiği her malzeme üç şekilden birinde etiketlenir:

• İÇERİR: kısıtladığın maddeyi veya bilinen bir türevini kayıtlarımızda bulduk.
• İÇEREBİLİR: bu markaya veya ürüne bağlıdır; ne kontrol etmen gerektiğini sana söyleriz.
• DOĞRULAYAMADIK: bu malzemeyi ne yönde olduğunu teyit edemedik. Yemeden önce kendin doğrulamalısın.

Her malzemeyi yemeden önce doğrulamaktan yalnızca sen sorumlusun: ürün etiketlerini okumak, üreticilerle kontrol etmek ve kendi tıbbi değerlendirmeni kullanmak dahil. Bu, özellikle İÇEREBİLİR veya DOĞRULAYAMADIK olarak işaretlenen malzemeler için önemlidir. Ciddi bir alerjin varsa, uygulamanın gösterdiklerinden bağımsız olarak her zaman doktorunun önlem tavsiyelerini takip et.

2. Uygunluk ve Hesaplar

3. Abonelikler

Sınırsız yapay zekâ tarif önerileri ve "Elindekilerle pişir" modu dahil bazı özellikler ücretli bir abonelik ("Premium") gerektirir. Planlar, fiyatlandırma ve fatura dönemleri satın alma anında uygulamada gösterilir ve tamamen Apple App Store üzerinden işlenir.

• Abonelikler, mevcut fatura döneminin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik olarak yenilenir.
• Aboneliğini istediğin zaman uygulama üzerinden değil, Apple ID hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin.
• İadeyi doğrudan biz sunmuyoruz; iade talepleri Apple'ın kendi politikalarına göre işlenir.
• Ödeme bilgilerini biz saklamıyoruz veya işlemiyoruz; bu tamamen Apple tarafından yürütülür.

4. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersin: uygulamayı yasa dışı bir amaçla veya bu şartlara aykırı şekilde kullanmak; herhangi bir erişim veya abonelik kısıtlamasını tersine mühendislikle çözmeye, derlemeye veya aşmaya çalışmak; yasa dışı, kötüye kullanım niteliğinde veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden geri bildirim ya da içerik göndermek; uygulamanın arka uç servislerine otomatik araçlarla erişmek.

5. Garanti Reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti verilmez. Malzeme bilgisinin, tarif önerilerinin veya alerjen etiketlerinin eksiksiz, doğru veya hatasız olduğunu garanti etmeyiz. Tarifler yapay zekâ yardımıyla üretilir ve hata içerebilir.

6. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Muhammed Emin Türkmen; uygulamayı kullanmandan veya kullanamamandan kaynaklanan, uygulamadaki bilgiye dayanmaktan doğan herhangi bir alerjik reaksiyon veya olumsuz sağlık sonucu dahil, dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuç niteliğindeki veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Uygulamayı kullanmandan doğan herhangi bir talep için toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin doğduğu tarihten önceki 12 ay içinde bize ödediğin tutarı (varsa) aşamaz.

Bazı yargı bölgeleri belirli zararların hariç tutulmasına veya sınırlandırılmasına izin vermez, bu durumda yukarıdaki sınırlamaların bir kısmı sana uygulanmayabilir.

7. Fesih

Bu şartları ihlal ettiğine inanırsak, uygulamaya erişimini istediğimiz zaman askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Sen de uygulamayı kullanmayı istediğin zaman bırakabilirsin.

8. Şartlardaki Değişiklikler

Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler yaparsak, yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihini güncelleriz. Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen, güncellenmiş şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

9. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu şartlar, kanunlar ihtilafı kurallarına bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir; bu, kendi ikamet ettiğin ülkenin hukukuna göre sahip olabileceğin zorunlu tüketici koruma haklarına halel getirmez.
